Bug for Roadmap Planner

Roadmap planner will not allow me to edit any of my existing bars in any way and I can't create new ones either because the save button is off the screen. I have seen this bug in Chrome and Safari. Has anyone else seen this issue and know how to fix it? I have already tried deleting it and recreating it, but it dosn' t work.

This behaviour has been listed under this report:

The workaround that is currently listed is to Reload the edit page and then enter edit mode for the affected macro.

I have tried and opening edit mode in another tab also avoids this issue.
