Breadcrumbs bar not showing up on new page

Breadcrumbs bar not showing up on new page

Hello! I built a confluence page from a template that was given to me but the breadcrumbs bar is not showing at the top of the page and neither is the page tree on the left of the page. Is there a way to add these back to a page without having to delete it and recreate the whole thing from scratch?

Who I inherited the original page from copied it from another page.
