Hi, I can't figure out why my breadcrumbs all say "undefined" in the blue bar. I have breadcrumbs built in the pages (automatically), and there are no undefined pages in space tools. I feel like this should adopt the breadcrumb from the content page in the editor but it isn't doing that? Where can I manage this field?

Hi Brooke,

Had you done any imports prior to the breadcrumbs becoming undefined?

Please try rebuilding the ancestor table and then re-indexing Confluence and let us know if that corrects the issue with your breadcrumbs.

Kind Regards,
Shannon

Actually another question: Is this solution applicable to Atlassian cloud?

Hi Kathy,

As a Cloud administrator, you will be able to rebuild the ancestor table, but not reindex Confluence manually. You can raise a request with our Cloud team if you would like them to try reindexing your instance.

Kind Regards,
Shannon

Could you please send instructions for rebuilding the ancestor table for a Cloud administrator.

Hi Kathy,

The instructions above are the same. You will go to the URL:

http://yoursite/admin/permissions/pagepermsadmin.action

So for your site it would be like this:

http://yoursite.atlassian.net/wiki/admin/permissions/pagepermsadmin.action

Let me know if you have any trouble!

Kind Regards,
Shannon
