Hello @Lutz Faber

Did they really receiving invitation Email ? Because from design, SCIM flow should supress standard Invitation, and once User Log In Succesfully Status should change directly to Active.

Best,

Hi @Lutz Faber ,

Yeah... this is a bit tricky, as it isn't really clear when users who are either invited directly or via IdP receive app/product notifications.

There's this feature request that you can monitor/start watching: AX-1248: Ability to disable the Welcome emails sent to user after granting Product access
Similarly, there's this JSM-related request: JSDCLOUD-15729: Ability to disable the notification for product specific invitation email

It all depends on whether you've granted an IdP group app access, or if you just added a user to a group (and provisioned it) which already had app access... Mind-melting, I know 🫠

And as for statuses and skipping "Invited" status 🚥 - is there any specific requirement to do so? I find it insightful to know if the user logged in or not. Although there's a separate metric regarding the 'last active' timestamp (which does have specific delays).

Cheers,
Tobi
