Blank screen after Confluence login

Hey all,

I recently upgraded my Confluence instance and after a reboot, received timeout errors from Confluence startup in catalina.out:

I also receive a number of timeout errors in Nginx:

I feel it necessary to note that I am able to at least get to the login page error-free, and can request a password reset + actually log in, it is only after login that I get any errors; any post I've seen regarding a blank screen usually is the entire instance not just after login from what I can tell.
