Blanc Page after Confluence upgrade to 6.3.2

Hi,

I just have upgraded our confluence installation from 5.9 to 6.8.2. I have chosen the manual upgrade. Now when trying to access confluence via the browser localhost:8090 i get a blanc page. 

Can someone help me with that?

Couple of questions,

1. Can you describe the upgrade process? 
2. Is the upgrade process completed successfully?
3. Do you see the java process running ? Use netstat command to see.
4. Did you see any errors in atlassian-confluence logs and also in catalina.out ?
5. I see you use localhost, do you use windows for confluence? 
6. Did you try access using IP:8090?

Provide any other info for further troubleshooting.

Thanks for your reply. Yes I use windows for confluence.

I have tried it again, now with the automatic installer. I get the same error, a blanc page.

The update process is completed without any error messages.

I think the java process is not running. See attached file.

Yes, it look like the java process isn't running. Can you see catalina.out file for any information or errors? You can also look at atlassian-confluence file as well
