Hi, is it possible to do a one off manual backup of my confluence data to my server or external hard drive??

Hi Russell,

I believe that there are a couple of methods that would allow you to do that :

* Creating an XML backup of your Confluence. This XML file can then be transferred to your server or external hard drive as you wish. However, the XML backups can sometimes be unstable.

* Creating database dumps. This method is more stable, and recommended for larger instances. Once the dump has been created, you are free to move it around as you please :)
