Backup getprogress request returning blank

Hi

In my company we use rest api to download jira and confluence backups, similarly as in 
atlassianlabs / automatic-cloud-backup — Bitbucket

Recently both jira and confluence backup requests are returning nothing (completely blank), and our backup stopped working. I tried to search for documentation on the request but the only thing I could find is the link above, and it is not very descriptive on the possible outputs. 

The specific command we execute is the following (and we run it using PowerShell7)

curl.exe -s --cookie $COOKIE_FILE_LOCATION -H "Authorization: Basic $EncodedText" https://${INSTANCE}/wiki/rest/obm/1.0/getProgress.json)

where $EncodedText is {email}:{api_token} encoded in base 64, and $INSTANCE is our site url (XXX.atlassian.net)

The command was working correctly a few days ago. 

Any insights??
