Backup and Restore only Data

Hello,

I have a confluence server that authenticate from Jira which in its turn authenticate with LDAP, I have no access anymore to Confluence, thus I want to take the data from it and restore it on new server I don't want to authenticate with Jira anymore thus I will install a fresh confluence and I want to restore only the data from the old server and add new local accounts.

Note that I have tried to use the recovery_admin user but it didn't work if it work I could use it to stop authentication with Jira.

this was done, I have reset the admin password from the database and increase the local directory
