I am exporting pages to PDF and I am trying (unsuccessfully, thus far) to include a background image on the Title page.

Here is the code I have added to customize the PDF Layout for the Title page:

<div style="background-color:#; height:876px; width:700px; padding-top:50px; background-image: url("/download/attachments/43549476/ReleaseNotesCover_PlannedPhase.jpg">
</div>

I have tried so many tweaks and variants of the code, but the image simply does not show up. Other customizations I have made to the Title page DO show up, so I know that I am hooking into the proper channel, but I simply cannot get the background image to display.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions you might have.

(PS: I am working with a recent installation of the Cloud version of Confluence.)

Hello Marco and welcome to the Community!

There is a pre-existing similar question to added an image to a page within a Confluence PDF export. This question does have multiple answers with an accepted answer on how to include your image within your exported page. You may find this post at Single Page PDF Export with Custom Background. The most recent response shows how you’re able to add an image to the margin and the background of a page export.

Please review this question and let us know if it helps to address the problem you’re facing.
