Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You will need to raise this with the vendors of your BPMN app. It looks like Confluence is working, but their app is not responding to its requests to it.

Yes, ChatGPT does not understand Atlassian systems, it generates utter garbage answers.

It's fine to use it to generate an answer as a draft, but you absolutely need to read and check what it has said, because it is going to be mostly useless.
