Hi,
We have set up SSO through Azure and have Atlassial Access set up. When a user goes to log in for the first time they're asked to log in.
Is there a way to remove this so it uses the login of the laptops instead of them needing to login.
Regards,
Jamie
As I have done this for our setup, for the first time it asks only the email address of user, doesn't require password. Please ensure the respective Authentication policy has Single sign-on Enforced.
The identity provider has an authentication policy set with SSO enforced however there are 367 synced users but 0 members of the authentication policy?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
You need to add members to the authentication policy
Edit the policy, click on Members and then Add Members.

Will this always be manual to do when we have new users. Surely this should update automatically as its assigned to the Identity
