Automatization Rules - Email filtering

Hi All, 

I have discovered the automatization rules on Confluence and got an idea. After reading so many blogs, I decided to use the blog template to create a newsletter based on recommendations. 

I would like to create a rule that at the moment I have posted a Blog page and published it, this will be sent to a group of people that comes from our pages on Jira Management >Organizations 

However, I cannot find a way of understanding how this is translated in Confluence. I did the new organization but it doesn't show up on the options "To:" in my automatization rule

You can create groups by following the instructions here: https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/create-groups/   These are the groups that are consumed and can be set in the automation rule.
