Automation to add a specific label to child pages

I would like to add some automation that adds a specific label to child pages of a parent page

e.g.

Parent Page is called "TopicA Landing page"

Scenario 1: Child page is created, label "TopicA" automatically is added

Scenario 2: An existing Page is moved from another location to become child page, label "TopicA" automatically is added

I think this can work, but I have a lot of doubts.

1. How does the rule know what part of the parent page should be the label?
2. What if someone changes the parent page title, the new sub pages will have a different label!
3. What if the Main page is moved to become a child page of another parent?

Thank you for the quick reply.  I see the challenge.

1. It could be a rule that applies a label that is statically defined in the workflow (and not dynamically interpreted from the title).
2. Shouldn't be a problem if the label is statically defined in the worklow?
3. Good point.  It doesn't have to remove other labels, I would just like it to add a specific label to the child pages.  So I guess in theory if the parent was moved to become a child of another page which had a similar workflow (maybe applying a label called "TopicB"), then it would add a "TopicB" label to this parent and child pages... which is ok.

So in the example above, the automation workflow would reference a specific page that is the parent, and also references a static label defined as "TopicA" in the workflow.

Does this make it more achievable?
