Just as a thought, if it is the aim to somehow combile parts of content, it can be btter to think of macros use like 'Page Include' or 'Excerpt/Excerp Include', etc. to create some dynamic content, as it can be an issue to duplicate just content in Confluence :) 

But if speaking technically, you can use self-made automation via REST API: like

• checking the page and creating a new one by copying its content
• use of Webhooks to be triggered on the necessary event
• create Forge addon based on Events 
• install ScriptRunner (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215215/scriptrunner-for-confluence?hosting=cloud&tab=overview) and add Listener for such actions
