Automation based on tag triggers Slack Post - tagged page and link are not populating

Hello.

Im trying to set up an automation which posts into slack when a page is tagged. I have the automation working as intended however, the page title and the page link are not pulling into the body of the post.

I used a suggested template to create this automation, but the Smart values the template provided are not working.

 Can someone advise on how I fix this?

Can you post a screen shot of your automation?  It helps with troubleshooting.
