Hi everyone,
I'm working with Comala Workflows for Confluence and I created a page property report which shows all pages in a space with the same workflow status.
Now I want to automate the page settings. Is there a way to create a filter setting that automatically changes the filter for the workflow status (in the page property macro or another macro) when the status of the page has changed? So the user must not change the macro settings manually and gets always the latest version of all pages in the space with the same status.
Thanks for your help!
Best regards Denis
Hi Denis,
Welcome to the community! If you are using Comala Document Management 6.13+ I recommend that you use the Document States Report macro, see https://wiki.comalatech.com/display/CDML/Document+States+Report+Macro
If you need to use the Page Property Report macro to show other metadata, I recommend using the Comala Document Management Page Status Macro (https://wiki.comalatech.com/display/CDML/Page+Status+Macro) as one of the values in your page properties macro table

Hi @Denis ,
As it was mentioned by @James Conway , it seems that you need to use the Workflow Report Macro - States report to track the statuses of your pages.
If you need to filter the result table by statuses, for example, or filter your Page Properties Report macro, you may use the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app and its Table Filter macro. Check if the macro is available in the macro browser - the app may be already installed for your Confluence instance.
