Hi community,

does anyone know if there is a possibility to track/grab/collect tasks that can be created within confluence pages? (NOT jira tasks)

The requirement for that is we would like to send a reminder email to the mentioned person of a task when the due date (if there is some date in that task) is exceeded. So I would need to get all tasks of a space and parse/iterate through them to filter mentioned user and date.

Might there be a CQL or RestAPI or Scriptrunner possibility? Any help is appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Best
Stefan

Hello,
You can collect tasks based on your criteria using the Confluence Task Report macro.
We suggest looking at adding custom reminders to your tasks with our Handy Reminder from the Handy Macros for Confluence app. You can send reminders once or select to make them recurring. You can also customize who will be notified if it should be not one person but several users working on the task.

Thanks. Mainly the question was about "how to technically find a solution".

The requirement is to find a solution within the existing environment without adding another app for that.
