i needfor a perticular time to get notified to check how many pages are outdated, and i need cleanup is it posssible to do with confluence ,
Archiving Plugin does exactly what you describe, tracking page view, updates, state and then cleaning up the outdated content.
Hi Nithin,
There's not a native way to do this in Confluence, but I have done similar functionality in the past with a Page Properties Macro on each page that needs to be audited, marked with information like last audit date, next audit date, auditer, etc. I then viewed all this data from all pages on a single list using the Page Properties Report macro. This is one way of keeping track of aging pages, but it will not actively prompt users for update.
There are also several plugins on the Atlassian Marketplace that offer archiving functionality, and may have the alerting functionality you are looking for.
