Is it possible to set up an automatic scheduled backup? And can you tell me where this copy is stored?

As of now Jira and Confluence does not have native functionality to automate cloud backups. However there is feature request raised here you can upvote.
You can try this add-on Revyz Data Manager for Jira |Backup Restore Analyze Optimize to automate Jira Backups.
