Automatic assignment of owners to pages with actual owners no longer in org or team

There's nothing like an owner of a page. What do you mean by owner? 

If someone leaves the company, his account is usually deactivated and therefore all his permissions. If she/he has restricted a page, an admin is able to release the restricted page. Is this what you're asking?

The ask is, if someone created a page , and left the company and his no more part of company. Is there any mechanism to automatically assign or grant as  owner to other person , like secondary owner
