Automatic page content report to admin in a sence,

If some one created  a page then admin should know the content wether it is valid or not 

and hence ensures that valid data 

but this process should done automatically

is it possible with confluence

There's no way a computer can tell if content is "valid".  It sounds like what you really need is a workflow for having people write stuff, and the admins "authorise" a releasable version.  Is that right?
