Authorization problems

We have an authorization problems. Confluence needs very much time for users avtorization, it is about 20 seconds for an entrance. We connect user directories remotely. Confluence shows some mistakes, but we do not know what are thees and how we can fix it.

This  is not a problem at all as it's checking user membership in a particular group in your active directory. This user is only used to authorize connection to your active directory server. If you don't want to see this error, have you tried adding user to a particular group in active directory ? it depends on your setting(Integration to active directory) i suppose this group should also  be in Confluence.
