Authenticat to see additional information. How to turn off?

Hei Community,

is there a way to turn off the 'Authenticate' Button? These are Links from Confluence in our Jira and our colleagues always have to login to see the informations.

Or here for example in Confluence.

Seems like an Authentification problem between Jira and Confluence? Application Links are both ways in Status 'Connected'

Hi @MidnightExe 

The authentication option is usually shown to re-validate the user and their token/permissions, have you tried increasing the session validity? That might fix this.
