Attachments filenames corrupt

When attaching a file, the filename column width is set to 1 character, and the filename is displayed

On Confluence cloud, I am not experiencing similar behaviour, this is working fine for me. See below -

Which browser are you using ? Can you try some other browser to see if you are having the same issue ?

It happens intermittently.

Thanks for confirming @Marcus O_Brien I would suggest raising a ticket with Atlassian support to know why this happening intermittently.
