Attachments can be edited even when the page has restrictions on Editing

I have restricted editing of a page. the function works when i try to use the Edit button.

but if i have attachments in the page, i can edit them.  how do i overcome this?

Hey Amiram,

What is the Confluence version you are using?

Also send a screenshot of the page with the attachments so we can it looks on the UI.
