Attachments Uploaded While Creating Quentions Are Not Been Store At Questions For Confluence

Some users reported that when they are creating question, the attachments are not being saved.

These behaviour is normal or it is an error? We are running Confluence Data Center 5.10.2 and Questions For Confluence version is 2.4.19.

When attaching after page's creation it works normally.
