I noticed the same issue with attachments. The right-click option for copying the file link is useful when you need to reference an attachment somewhere else, so removing it makes the workflow a bit slower.
For the PDF viewer, I also find the limited zoom levels inconvenient, especially when trying to inspect a document at a specific size. Hopefully Atlassian can bring back more flexible zoom controls and the copy-link option.
