Attachements problems uploading backup

We up loaded a backup and some attachements are not reachable. version 6.11

reload of backup is not allowed because some elements are already present.

Can someone help us?

This happened when changing server. The backup through the admin interface did not work. We had to do an entire backup and it worked.
