I have created a home page where I've attached various links to other Confluence pages, Jira and documents in Sharepoint.

I have noticed that once someone changes something, maybe the name of the file, the link goes away and it doesn't work anymore.  Is there a way at least to keep track?

Thank you in advance!

Hi @Noemi Marchese

Since sharepoint creates sharable links like the following:

https://xxxxx.sharepoint.com/:b:/g/personal/userxxxx/RfYUeM5d_AlCv2PLJv-Rz4YBFFkZCocdQnCyLjEjEhv5uA?e=fgertU

I think that everytime a new sharable link is created, it doesn't have the same URL as the previous. So it's impossible for any other app to guess the new sharable link.

What about other confluence pages?

Thank you! :)

Confluence pages should appear without a problem. Now, if a user imposes a page restriction and you are not in the "vip" list of the viewers, then you will not be able to view the page. When you place a confluence page link inside another page, then the smart link will point to the confluence page's id. Even if a user changes its page title, the link will points toward the right page:

If you are encountering another problem, can you please be more specific and provide more details in order to help you?
