I must be currently logged into one atlassian account one client has for confluence, as when I try to open a jira ticket from another client, the website just freaks the hell out, tries to send a request to give me access to jira (WHAT?!? Imagine their IT receiving a jira access request from a competitor lol), comes up with obscure errors, and give me no option to log out and log in.
Please just have a popup saying if you dont have access to a page you a trying to access from the confluence account it believes you are currently logged in as, say what one is currently logged in, and give the option to switch accounts, please.

Hello @Jeremy Corbett
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
I sympathize with your frustration.
Browsers may cache your Atlassian identity so that when you move between products you don't have to keep logging in.
If you know you are accessing Confluence as A, and you want to access Jira as B some of your options are:
1. Open a different browser app to access Jira.
2. Open a private browser window to access Jira.
3. Proactively use the Log out or Switch Accounts options from the Confluence window.
Personally I use options 1 and 2, as I stay logged in to multiple sites throughout the day under different identities, and having separate windows for each helps me distinguish one from the other.
