Atlassian Connect Cloud App not working in legacy editor

I am experiencing an issue where our Connect app does not load properly when executed in the Legacy Editor on Confluence Cloud. The problem occurs specifically in older versions of the editor, where the app fails to render and is stuck on a loading spinner indefinitely.

This issue does not occur in the new editor, and the app functions correctly in other contexts. However, since some of our users still rely on the Legacy Editor, we would like to understand if this is a known issue and whether there are any potential workarounds or planned fixes.

Could you please confirm:

  1. Whether Atlassian still supports Connect apps in the Legacy Editor?
  2. If there are any known limitations or updates regarding this behavior?
  3. Whether this issue is being tracked, and if so, if there are any suggested solutions?
