Atlassian Confluence v.6.9 Server requirements

Hi, I review your documentations and community, but it's still not clear for me about the Confluence v.6.9 Server requirements? What is minimum requirements? 

I will be use the platform like knowledge database (like wiki)
Version for Server 10$ once pay. (up to 10 users, up to 150-350 pages)

It's not the clearest of docs, in my opinion, but it would be good to know which bits you are struggling with?
