Currently we are testing the Atlassian Companion app in our UAT environment.
Goal is for the page to auto refresh instead of having to add 1 more click.
This may be more of a web browser question... but you are the right group to start with :)

Hello Jonathan,
Thank you for letting us know about this. I'm finding some similar issues in our support queue with other users having this error. We will want to create a ticket for this so we can investigate further.
Could you let me know what version of Confluence you're using? I can raise a ticket for you and link it to the cases we're already working on.
Regards,
Shannon
I am now getting this reload message like the other user. I was not getting this message on Friday. My only "change' was updating Chrome.
Details:
Can you post a link to the support ticket (if able) so I can track it?
Thanks,
Jonathan

Hello Jonathan,
The support tickets are private for each customer, so I will not be able to share it here.
Are both you and the other using this same version of Chrome? Does the problem occur if you were to use another browser?
Please also outline the exact steps to replicate this. Does it occur with any document? How long are you editing the document before you get this message? Does it happen every time? Are you editing the same document together or editing separate documents apart from each other?
I'll use this information to raise a support case for you, so we can find out more about the problem.
Regards,
Shannon

Hello Jonathan,
You can disregard my last reply. I was working with the support engineer on this who had the other cases, and we've determined that it is this bug:
I can confirm that we are already planning a fix in an upcoming release.
Let me know if you have any questions about that!

Shannon

Errrrrrrrrr new Confluence release or new Companion App version?
If we need to push out a new Companion App msi file to the users, that would be OK ;)

Hello Jonathan,
The fix is being planned in an upcoming release of Confluence. It's not necessary to push out a new msi file.
Let me know if you have any questions about that.

Shannon
