I am admin for the conflunce site which is used for our production documentation. Sometimes, BAs do some changes from their end. They may add, update, remove content. However, I am not getting any email notifications for any change in confluence pages. I checked all the settings as mentioned on Atlassian Forum. However, those are not working. I cliked on my profile pic and using settings I checked all the boxes for email. I also done the settings mentioned in link https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/User-not-receiving-email-notifications-Confluence-Space/qaq-p/711647. Still no success. Can someone guide me on how to enable this?
Hi @Tejsweeta Wadagavi ,
welcome to the Atlassian community!
a Confluence Admin doesn't receive notification by default. You will receive notification if you are watching space or pages.
Please, put your admin user as pages or spaces watcher https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/watch-pages-spaces-and-blogs-139579.html and you should receive notification.
Hope this helps,
Fabio
Thanks Fabio, I applied settings for "Watching an entire space". Rest all settings I already tried and not worked. I will let you know if this works.
