As administrator is it possible to access another user's content and personal space?

Without changing his password.

I want to access the personal space of one of the users to make this space acessesible to every one.

Hello @ACH

The personal space is like the other ones. Login as System Administrator of Confluence, go to the user space and go to space tools of that space. Then grant permissions to the user that you want to access that space.
