Articles in Confluence not display in Related knowledge base articles

Hi ,

I have added an article on Confluence with its labels but it is not reflecting on JIRA Issue. I have no restriction in the knowledge base configuration ( restrict upon labels).

The article created is not displayed under the section related knowledge base article.
