I'm having issues accessing my whiteboards (black screen). After a google search, I read an article that Whiteboards for Jira are being discontinued. Is this true and why mine are no longer appearing?

I assume you mean whiteboards.io and not Confluence Whiteboards.

If so I would assume you had till August 30, 2024, to continue using them, it's odd your boards went dark.
