I have data imported to a page by the user and this data has to be used in a form in Confluence and then in this form we are going to select the information imported to send an email.
How can I import the information stored in other page to be used in a Confluence Dropdown so every time the user updated the information the dropdown can be updated at the same time.
thanks for you support

Hi @martin alejandro garcia rodriguez welcome to the Atlassian community.
You can achieve majority of this use case, by creating the templates and using variables. This serve as a place holder for the text or steps the end user wants to key in.
Here's the detailed documented steps, but you need to have space admin permissions to create the template and use the variables.
Hi G subramanyam , thanks for your response, I don´t have enogh permissions, but what about if I have an adjacent page with the information , five items , these items will me modified by the user every two weeks, I want to import this information to my template in order to have a fresh information to select one or two of them and then send an email with this information.
