Archiving Plugin for Confluence 4.1.5 doesn't seem to show the global configuration settings

We just installed the ver 1.3 of archiving plugin for confluence4.1.5 and according to the documentation I should be able to set global configurations for spaces, but can't seem to find the setting as mentioned in the documentation

Have you tried to login as Confluence administrator, then click "Global Configurations" in the Archiving section of the Confluence Administration screen?
