Apply custom CSS in space

I want to apply custom style sheet css in my space .I was looking in web for solution,found few solution but nothing is working.

What have you tried and what does "nothing is working" mean - literally no changes, or do you see errors or unexpected/unwanted change?

I was looking into https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/styling-confluence-with-css-166528400.html ..

I didn't find any option for apply css as described in above link.In look and feel section only "PDF style sheet (with description :You can customise the look and feel of this space's exported PDF by editing the CSS Stylesheet below. Export space to PDF )is present"
