Apple osX Server Wiki -> migrate with UWC?

We have a Apple osX Server running with the Apple Wiki (OSX Server integrated).

I would like to Convert it with UWC, but there's is no converter for this.

Can i use a "default" converter, or is it necessary to write a new converter?

Hi,

Me too. I have the same question as Phil. Our Apple OS is Snow Leopard with the default wiki. We would like to migrate into Confluence.
