App User not added to space permission when spaces are migrated via CCMA

Hello All,

So we are an App Vendor proceeding to data migration for our customers from Server to Cloud on Confluence.

Still recently we are facing a blocker error where:

When selecting multiple spaces (more than 5) to be migrated, once migrated the App User is not added (and none of the Apps users by the way) to the space individual permissions to the migrated spaces via CCMA.

This totally blocks the migration as we are executing several REST API to store space properties and content properties, delete pages during the APP data migration part. We are performing those REST APIs via "authenticatedAsAddon" (where the app has the scopes: write, read and delete) Please note the we moved to authenticatedAsAddon as performing the REST via Act as user is not reliable as the user can be non active one in the cloud (even though admin in the target space)

But as the App user is not present all the rest are blocked (returning either 400 or 401 for properties get or post)

Any ideas on how to fix this ? Atlassian specifies that the problem related to App user permission is fixed BUT definitely it's not the case...
