Anonymous access not working after update. Still prompting for login.

Everything was working fine on my Confluence instance. Anonymous users could access all appropriate pages. I recently updated to the latest 6.15.1 and after it started back up, it was prompting for a login on all pages other than the main page. 

I followed all instructions on https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/setting-up-public-access-156.html to double check and make sure anonymous access was enabled globally as well as on the space. I disabled and then re-enabled to make sure it wasn't just a caching issue, but all pages are still prompting for login.

 

Anyone have any ideas what might be going wrong?

Well, I'm not quite sure what happened, but after 24 hours, it just started working on it's own.
