We have a confluence Site that has two spaces, one of these spaces can be viewed anonymously and one cannot. We want both to be viewed by anyone without logging in.
Now here's the weird part, the space that can't be viewed by an anon user is a clone of the first space which can be viewed by anon users. I have compared their permissions and can't find any differences.
Can any one suggest something to try or somewhere I may have forgotten to check?
Hi @Wade Saunders ,
Permission control is usually affected by the following three aspects, you can try to check one by one
1.Global Permissions
https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/ConfCloud/Global+Permissions+Overview
2.Space Permissions
https://confluence.atlassian.com/confcloud/space-permissions-overview-724764760.html
3.Page Restrictions

Hi @Ollie Guan
I have just been over each of these again. Each of these settings allow anon users, my pages have no restrictions at all, global permissions have "can use" ticked for anon users and my space is set to allow anon users to view, all the same settings as as my other space which can be viewed publicly
