Anable to existing user to a page

Hello,
I can't add an existing user available in the Confluence user directory to a page.
The user is in the "Confluence user" group and my Confluence license limit has not been exceeded.
What's more, at first I had trouble adding him to the space, but after a few hours of waiting I was able to.
However, it's now been several days and I still can't add it to the pages.

Could someone please help me?

Hi @ulrich kone and welcome,

please verify that user has space access permission first. If user has not space access you can't define a restriction for him.

It was a bug with the synchronisation

I edited the user name to resolved the issue
