Greetings.

When read only users click on the organization's logo on the top left of the site, they are directed to an unclear area of the site. Is it possible to cancel it?

You'll need to set the Global Home Page for your Confluence Instance as explained here: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/configure-the-site-homepage/
