Alternative for HTML Macro

How can we achieve the same functionality of HTML Macro feature in a safer way? Do you have any alternative for this one? We have disabled this feature due to some security reasons and we are looking for some workaround/alternatives here. Please help us.

Well depends how you are using the HTML macro, but I would hazard that a user macro with some CSS is probably they way to go. I have been an admin for Confluence for 6+ years and never saw a use for the HTML macro.
