Allow user to edit userprofiles

Hi,

is it possible to allow one user to edit all (or all which are member in a special group) userprofiles?

I don't want to give persons whole confluence admin rights just for managing profile fields in confluence.

The person should only able to modify the "position" field for all users, because we don't have that value in our directory.

Allowing only user management admin is not possible.
