All issues are not shown in Team Calendar

I have an event type using "JIRA Issue Dates" with the advanced search, 

"issuetype = Deployment" 

The date parameters are Start Date and Due Date. 

All of the issues are populating to the calendar correctly except for issues from certain projects. 

I can't figure out what is missing from either the project or the issue to get these to populate.

Is this a bug?
